The questions families ask most before their first call with us.
Ideally eight to twelve months out, especially for a destination wedding in peak season (October to February), when the venues we work with book up early. We’ve planned weddings in as little as ten weeks, but that limits venue choice and vendor availability, not what we’re able to deliver.
Those five cities are where we have existing vendor relationships and know the venues well. We’ve taken on weddings outside that list before — it usually means a longer proposal phase while we vet local vendors, and we’ll tell you honestly if that adds meaningful cost or risk.
Our fee covers planning, design, vendor management and on-ground execution. Venue rental, catering, decor materials and entertainment fees are billed by those vendors directly — we negotiate and manage those contracts on your behalf, but the money doesn’t route through us. Every proposal breaks this down function by function, not as one lump sum.
You can bring your own for anything you already have a relationship with — a family priest, a specific makeup artist, a caterer you trust. We’ll coordinate their schedule with everyone else’s. For decor, production and logistics specifically, we ask to run those ourselves, since that’s where a mismatched vendor causes the most on-the-day problems.
It depends entirely on guest count, city, and how many functions you’re running — a 150-guest three-function wedding in Rishikesh and a 600-guest six-function wedding in Bikaner aren’t comparable. Tell us your guest count and budget band in the enquiry form and we’ll tell you honestly what it can buy before you commit to anything.
Postponement is usually just a matter of re-confirming vendor and venue availability for the new date, which we handle directly. Cancellation terms depend on how far out you are and which vendor contracts are already signed — this is laid out in the proposal before you sign anything, not buried in fine print afterward.
Yes, but never more than one per weekend per city, and each wedding gets its own dedicated planning lead and on-ground team — nobody is splitting attention between two events on the same day.
A booking deposit secures your date, followed by staged payments tied to the planning milestones in your proposal (design sign-off, vendor lock, and so on) rather than one deposit and one final bill. Every stage is itemised so you know what you’re paying for and when.
Yes — this is most of what our guest hospitality service covers. We block rooms across nearby hotels, run shared transfer schedules, and staff a welcome desk so guests not staying on-site still get picked up, checked in, and briefed on the week’s schedule.
