Decor & Production
We design a distinct look for each function rather than reusing one set of flowers across the week. That means the haldi courtyard, the sangeet stage and the pheras mandap are each conceived, fabricated and struck on their own schedule — by our own production team, not a rotating cast of local contractors we've never worked with before.

Guest Hospitality & Logistics
For a 450-guest wedding, a third of the room is often flying in from out of town. We block hotel rooms across two or three properties, run airport and station pickups on a shared tracker, and staff a welcome desk so a grandmother arriving at 11pm isn't left figuring out which car is hers. This is the service that prevents the one bad story every big wedding risks having.

Venue Sourcing
We've walked most of the palaces, resorts and havelis worth considering across our service cities, and we know which ones handle 600 guests well and which ones quietly can't. You get a shortlist of three to five venues that actually fit your numbers, with site visits arranged and vendor-in policies checked before you fall in love with somewhere that won't allow your own caterer.

Catering Coordination
We brief caterers on the real headcount per function (haldi lunch is never the same number as the reception dinner), run tastings before anything is finalised, and manage live-counter placement so service doesn’t bottleneck when three hundred guests move through at once.

Entertainment
A sangeet performance is only as good as the sound system carrying it. We book and brief entertainment — choreographers, DJs, live bands, folk performers — and pair them with production specced for the actual venue, so the audio doesn't blow out in a marble courtyard or disappear on a beach.
